ThinkTime synthesise new concepts, research and insights with existing best practice. We design, develop and deliver practical blended learning solutions to ensure your leaders are future focused.
Skill-Based Workshops

We facilitate specific, stand-alone skill-building workshops that take a deeper dive into particular topics, that are core to future focused leadership.
The programs can be delivered to different levels of an organisation to act as a refresher, or as an introduction.
We have off-the-shelf programs or we can tailor them / create bespoke programs to support your organisation’s strategic initiatives.
Executive Coaching

We offer individual coaching, group coaching and supervised peer coaching to build on and embed skill transfer, and support people and organisations to transition through change.
Coaching engagements often include coaching with content (key tool, models and concepts) in order to up-skill, gain insight and embed learning for the individuals.
We provide both face-to-face and virtual formats.
