Our Philosophy
An organisation as a whole is a sum of all its parts – be it purpose, values, brand, culture, process, systems, teams, individuals, output or a combination of all. But which comes first? Does the organisation shape the people or the people shape the organisation?
Organisations are like fractal images - both artificially generated and organic in nature.
They are infinitely complex and determined by predictable actions plus a random element.
This random, organic element is the human element. The human element of all organisations is best served by disconnecting auto pilot, challenging thinking and exploring new ways, in order to engage with others to get stuff done.
